Founded in 1999, China (Guangzhou) International Building Decoration Fair, hereinafter referred to as CBD (Guangzhou), is currently the world’s largest exhibition for building decoration, materials, and furnishings. Since 2015, it has expanded to the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai), forming a pattern of holding exhibitions in Shanghai in March and Guangzhou in July every year, effectively radiating the two most dynamic economic circles of the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta.

CBD (Guangzhou) was organized under the auspices of China Foreign Trade Center Group Co., Ltd. and China Building Decoration Association, and supported by China National Forest Products Industry Association and China Furniture &Decoration Chamber of Commerce(CFDCC). As the world-leading building decoration fair, the 27th CBD Guangzhou spanned 300,000 square meters with over 2,000 exhibitors, almost including the head brands of the whole industry chain of China's building decoration, materials, and furnishings field, and attracted more than 200,000 industry professional visitors from more than 145 countries and regions.

With "Debut Platform for Champion Enterprises" as its positioning, and "Promoting Commercialization" as its mission, the 28th CBD (Guangzhou) has upgraded from an exhibition platform to a year-round, full-link, and omni-channel industry empowerment service platform centering on exhibition. The CBD (Guangzhou) has creatively rolled out three major ecosystems (including INTERIOR, EXTERIOR, and MATECH), in addition to deepening the construction of six major channels including dealers, designers, decorators, foreign traders, public architectural, and new media.
